An Answer to Lymphoma
Below is the initial submitted article which was published in Dog's Naturally magazine.  There's a ton of information in it so read it slowly and carefully to learn about this new and exciting therapy.

 WHAT IS LYMPHOMA?

The term lymphoma or lymphosarcoma describes a group of cancers that are derived from the lymphocytes (white blood cells) in your dog’s body. Lymphocytes work to protect the body from infection. Although this kind of cancer can affect just about any organ of the body, lymphoma commonly arises in organs that have an immune system function.  A dog’s lymph nodes are full of lymphocytes and this cancer appears in their lymph nodes more commonly than in the other organs.

SIDEBAR: By far the most common type of lymphoma in the dog is multicentric lymphoma, in which the cancer first becomes apparent in a dog’s lymph nodes. Other common lymphomas in dogs include cutaneous lymphoma (lymphoma of the skin), alimentary or gastrointestinal lymphoma (lymphoma of the stomach and/or intestines) and mediastinal lymphoma (lymphoma involving organs within the chest, such as lymph nodes or the thymus gland).

WHAT CAUSES LYMPHOMA IN DOGS?
The cause of lymphoma in dogs is not well understood. Viruses, bacteria, exposure to toxins, and ELF magnetic fields have all been investigated, but the cause of this cancer nonetheless remains unclear. Suppression of the immune system is a known risk factor for the development of lymphoma in humans. Humans on immune-suppressing drugs following organ transplant surgery have a increased incidence of lymphoma. SIDEBAR: Immune-suppressing drugs, such as Cyclosporine (discovered in the 1970’s for use as an immunosuppressive agent in organ transplant patients) are routinely and dismissively used in dogs with allergies and autoimmune disease over long periods of time.( potential to use as sidebar)
Kinases are important messengers in the body that help prevent cancer. Kinases are the repair and regeneration mechanism of the body.  They transmit signals between the cells.  The loss of function of kinases in humans has also been found to cause cancer.    Sidebar :Apoquel, another common product used for allergies in dogs works by destroying and inhibiting the function of some important kinases in the body.

BREED PREDILICTION TO LYMPHOMA

Golden Retrievers are at significant risk for lymphoma. Researchers studying cancer in in the breed in the United States have identified common genetic alterations. These gene mutations "modify the regulation of the immune system's surveillance for tumor cells," according to Dr. Hohenhaus. Once again, kinases are part of this surveillance system and comprise the most important communication system in the body.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CANCER CELL

Cancer cells get stronger as they divide

Normal cells divide about once a day. Every time a normal cell divides the telemeres get shorter and  more frayed.  Unlike normal cells, cancer cells divide up to five times a day. Yet, every time a cancer cell divides the telemeres get longer and stronger.  The cancer cells, effectively, become more immortal with every division.

Side bar on Telemers with picture.   Each strand of DNA in cells has a 'cap' at the end, much like the little plastic cap on the end of a shoelace. The DNA cap is called a telomere. When this cap gets worn down, the end of a DNA strand is no longer bound together and, like a shoelace, the DNA can fray, causing mutations and malfunctions. With this, cells begin to malfunction and die.

Bacteria  live symbiotically with cancer cells and help disguise the cancer from the immune system.
Many years ago I read about the research of Dr. Virgninia Livingston ….In 1940  Dr. Virginia Livingston- one of the first woman doctors and a microbiologist found acid fast bacteria growing in all cancers. Etc etc etc
While just about all cancers do have bacteria that live symbiotically with the cancer cells and there can easily be an entire article about this we’re running out of room.
Do the bacteria make the HCG?

Cancer cells can ward off the immune system: Cancer has all kinds of tricks that enable it to hide from the immune system.  That’s why building the immune system (which is what everyone tries to do with cancer) usually doesn’t work at all.   The bacteria in cancer cells also produce a substance which is nearly identical to Human Chorianic Gonadotrophic hormone.

CHEMOTHERAPY AND CANCER

Chemotherapy can give the dog with lymphosarcoma the benefit of a remission. Remission simply means a regression of cancer. After a period of months,  dogs who have successfully gone into remission will then experience a relapse of lymphoma. Another shorter remission can be achieved in some dogs after a second round of chemotherapy. The median length of survival of the most common form of lymphoma is 9-13 months according to Purdue University Veterinary Teaching Hospital. The term “median” implies that 50% of dogs will survive beyond this point and 50% of treated dogs will die before this time. Lymphoma cells become more resistant to the effects of chemotherapy as time goes on. Eventually, most lymphomas develop resistance to all chemotheraputic drugs. Importantly, chemotherapy attacks the rapidly dividing cells and as the cells that make-up the immune system fall into this category we’re just working against the body in the long run. As the cancer is destroyed, so is the immune system.
Certain types of lymphoma, such as T cell lymphoma, don’t even respond well to chemotherapy.  That said, chemotherapy often adds months to the life of a patient if his particular type of lymphoma is initially responsive to the chemo drugs.

CURING LYMPHOMA NATURALLY

In my over thirty years of practice, I have tried just about everything to cure lymphoma in dogs.  I was fortunate in that many human corporations making holistically oriented, novel, innovative and effective products for cancer in humans used my practice in order to do clinical studies.  The majority of my patients would not choose chemotherapy while the vast majority of people go for the chemo.  This was a chance for these establishments to see how their product worked alone.  Some of these products worked incredibly well on lung cancer while some worked a miracle with malignant melanomas. These treatments never worked well for lymphoma cases. I also used many other products which rationally and logically should work for lymphosarcoma, yet the results were unrewarding.

About a year ago, I began working with a Swiss stem cell targeting product that is imported from France.  There are many illnesses and diseases that these products work incredibly well on. It’s important to know that these products are not at all like the stem cells derived from a dogs’ fat or bone marrow. They are not made from ‘self’ but are created to target a disease in order to mend, improve or cure. Diseases such as cancer, autoimmune problems, heart conditions, arthritis, neurological problems, liver failure, kidney failure, IBD and chronic infections all tend to respond remarkably well.  But remember, thwarted ambition was to cure lymphoma cases.

Imagine my elation when I was presented with my first case of lymposarcoma. I could hardly contain myself.    It was the perfect case. Star, a miniature Dachshund, had not responded at all to a long course of chemotherapy.  She was sent home on prednisolone to live what was left of her life out. Star  had been diagnosed with T cell lymphoma and her cancer had been typed by a specialist.  T cell lymphomas are by and large resistant to chemotherapy.

Star was droopy and lethargic. The long program of chemotherapy had worn her down.  The good news was that she could remain on the prednisolone while on the therapy.

Her person had to give the injections at home after the product was drop shipped to her. That’s rarely a problem.   Star needed to start with a product that would reboot her systems before we began the stem cell targeting program.  The initial program lasted for two days. Then we began with a program that targeted the immune system components in her body.  Within two weeks of starting the program, Star was running and playing with the rest of the 8 dogs in her home. She was a new dog per her owner!

“Have you felt the lymph nodes?” I asked the owners with mixed impatience and excitement. They could actually see them easily before, even though she was on large doses of prednisolone, as they were so large. “ We can’t find them., was the reply.   Three weeks later their veterinarian palpated normal sized lymph nodes. The therapy lasted for a month, was done completely at home,  and Star has been fine ever since.  It’s a year now.

Since treating Star, I have treated many cases of lymphoma in both cats and dogs. Every patient except for one Chihuahua (they decided not to do the complete treatment and only chose to try part of it) has appeared to have recovered fully.   Interestingly, feline patient with lymphosarcoma -and many of them were weak, lethargic and not eating) stars to play and frolic around in 4 days time. Only time will tell, but the results so far have been very encouraging.

LIGHT YEARS AHEAD - STEM CELL TARGETING THERAPY

The Swiss have always been the pioneers of stem cell research. They began in 1940’s. In fact some of the first recipients of stem cell therapy in the 190000 were Pope Pius XII, Charles DeGaulle, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Sir Winston Churchill, the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, political patriarch Joseph Kennedy; actors/actresses such as Charlie Chaplin Stem cells have come a long way since this time.

A WHOLE NEW CAN OF WORMS

The products, in addition to cells from placenta and umbilical cord contain; cells to direct healing to the targeted organ, superoxide dismutase, glutathione reductase, glutathione transferase, glutathione peroxidase and kinase activators to increase communication within all the body systems.

The learning curve in the understanding and application of these sophisticated, targeted, cutting edge products is high.  I needed to study intensely and query many M.D.s throughout the world who have been using it with humans.  It’s not one of these things that you can find and research on the web. Most of the salient information on the web is written in French or Swiss and the product is only available to doctors.

I am using this therapy for anti-ageing in older pets, FIP in cats, FELV in cats, FIV in cats, heart failure, kidney failure, liver failure, many different kinds of cancer and too many other problems to mention here. Hopefully, between Thanksgiving and New Year I will be offering a live lecture on Regenerative, Restorative veterinary medicine.

Welcome to the age of the bionic pet !!!
