Those Yeasty Ear Infections

Here's a great recipe that you can make at home, costing less than 25 dollars. What's important is that it works dependably. 

But, do not use it in sore, inflamed ears. First use something to calm then down and you can go to this. 

As an added bonus, your home- made recipe can be made over and over again, costing a few dollars each time, after you get the boric acid and Gentian Violet stock bottles.

Miracle EAR Solution 

for Yeast in Ears

4 ounces rubbing alcohol (70%)

1 tablespoon boric acid powder

4 drops Gentian Violet

Mix all in dropper bottle and shake.

The purple color may go away within 24 hours or mixing.

Use once or twice a day for 14 days.

Then you may need to use it occasionally.

If your dog shakes his or her ears right after administration things may turn/be sprayed purple. Be watchful as this may or may not happen.

As I have found that some boric acid powders do not dissolve I am recommending this one:

Ecocall 99.9 % pure Boric Acid fine powder.

Amazon carries the boric acid powder and the gentian violet and you can get the alcohol at your local pharmacy.

Tip: Boric acid is anti-fungal !
