Thank you is not enough to express my gratitude for your call with me today.  I’ve appreciated your emails and your book for the past several years, but today’s call with you was a true blessing.  I am thankful that you are so dedicated to helping animals and the people who love them.  I’ve read so many of the reviews about you from pet parents, and now I know exactly how they feel.  I feel more confident in how to best help our Baxter to live the best life we can give him.
