One of the most significant things is I really feel like her vitality has increased. She just seems like a younger cat. She has more vibrancy, and she has a more youthful playfulness at times. She even does ZOOMIES. It has been many years since she has done this.
With the arthritis, I feel like she’s definitely not in as much pain
because she is allowing me to brush her back legs and she’s no longer pacing and yowling at night. She might yowl on the rare occasion but the duration is very short and she’s not pacing for an hour yowling like she’s uncomfortable and searching for something.
Push had been unable to jump on furniture at all. I had to board her at someone's home recently and she was jumping onto a low sofa almost daily.
Her Mom wrote in an email within a few weeks of the treatment… "So this is crazy. The cat sitter told me that Push Push was jumping onto the chair and I couldn’t believe it, It’s a low chair but still … she hasn’t done that in 1-2 years and now I just saw her jump on a low sofa so I think she’s just figuring out how to use her back legs again! "
Dr. Khalsa has been an invaluable resource helping my cat Push Push over many years since she was just a few years old. Now Push is 17 and she developed arthritis and other strange symptoms one of which was pacing around at night and yowling/screaming as if she was in tremendous pain. She seemed very uncomfortable, and it was painful for me to hear and seemed to be getting worse and worse. So, Dr. Khalsa recommended VSEL stem cell therapy for the treatment of arthritis and other mystery
symptoms.
The VSEL treatment was short (a bit over an hour) and painless for Push. After the treatment I noticed her vitality has increased, she has more vibrancy, she has zoomies every so often and she has a more youthful playfulness at times. With the arthritis, her pain is significantly reduced because she is allowing me to brush her back legs and she’s no longer pacing around for hours and yowling at night. Her ability to jump has
also improved.
Overall I am very happy with the results of the treatment and I would definitely recommend this treatment as a much better alternative to other options which do not seem to work well in elderly cats with feline arthritis."
I hope Push Push's story provides valuable insight into the potential benefits of VSEL stem cell therapy for senior cats facing similar
challenges.
